Start with your component’s guide. A few details make it easier to find the right answer.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the version. Compare your component with the version listed in its documentation.
- Test in Framer Preview. Check the behavior outside the editing Canvas.
- Identify the affected state. Note the device, page width, or view where the problem appears.
- Record the relevant settings. Include media types, layout, and any customized controls.
- Include browser information. Note the browser version and operating system.
- Describe how to reproduce it. Explain the steps, what you expected, and what happened.
